Our company fills the second niche
Not every HOA requires full-service property management. Many well-maintained, self-managed communities have few day-to-day operational issues, yet still need professional accounting, financial oversight, and dependable administrative support. Community Financial Partners was created to fill that gap by delivering the financial expertise and responsive service boards rely on, allowing associations to receive the support they need without paying for on-site management services they may rarely use. We arrive to the community on a more as needed basis such as for board meetings, meeting with contractors for complex repairs, and periodic checks.
We specialize in the financial and administrative operations of HOA and condominium associations.
We collect HOA fees, pay vendors, prepare monthly financials, and provide all other administrative services that any property management company would be responsible for. Our services are more suited for HOA communities that do not have a strong need for on-site maintenance such as a superintendent or in-house maintenance staff coming routinely to the property.
